Ingredients
- 2 tbsp.
grated Parmesan
- 1
refrigerated rolled pie crust
- 1 oz.
cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tbsp.
everything seasoning, plus more for sprinkling
- 1
egg
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly on refrigerated rolled pie crust, then roll dough to 1/8 inch thick.
- Step 2Flip over and spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
- Step 3Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 24 wedges. Beginning with the outer edge, roll up each wedge all the way to the center point; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 4Brush tops with beaten egg, then sprinkle with additional seasoning.
- Step 5Bake until golden brown and centers are no longer raw, 12 to 15 minutes.
