Known for her high-energy, upbeat personality and YAY lifestyle, Meaghan B Murphy is a multi-platform media junkie. In addition to her role as the Editor in Chief of Woman’s Day, Meaghan regularly appears on shows like Live with Kelly and Ryan and the TODAY show. She’s also the author of Your Fully Charged Life: A Radically Simple Guide to Having Endless Energy and Finding the Yay in Every Day (Penguin-Random House) and co-host of Off the Gram podcast. A New Jersey native, Meaghan married her younger brother’s best friend, Patrick, and together they live in Westfield (aka @bestfieldnj) with their 3 kids and labradoodle Dempsey. When she’s not at the gym for pre-dawn workouts, the American Council on Exercise certified trainer is busy decorating for holidays and coming up with MacGyver-style life hacks.
